 I visited timber Marchant, i saw there were many pieces of wood which we don't usually use in sculpture or in any crafts, it was wood for burning kiln or furnace burning, i selected 4 pieces which retails PKR 250. Which weights almost 15kg, which is very cheap as compared to other woods or any material used for sculptures, i brought these woods to my studio where i examined them, as result i noticed that these were downside up of tree which is root, it was flat from bottom but have very asymmetrical structure from rest of it. I decided to use them as they are! In second stage i waged the filtered clay and store it for about 3 days, actually i wanted to experiment clay over wood, this experiment is still in process.

There are many different kinds of wood logs and wood roots which were useless for furniture or any regular use in the house. I also saw a wood cutting machine which is used for cutting wood into small pieces.
