Methods: list in detail possible ways of finding answers/ meeting the objective. Structure the list in a way that makes sense to you (e.g. in order of usefulness, grouping (can do now, need time to do later). Indicate the method(s) you will use to help you understand the subject so that you can develop your definitive proposal. Keep it simple

Write a short explanation/ justification for the choice.
I fell that for each question one method should be literature review but you should specify where you will search (policy will be government websites, research google scholar). You should aim to identify two or three key sources for each objective. Together this is your working bibliography. Once you have done this, we can discuss review.
