Your objectives/ subquestions are getting clearer.
ReplyDeleteThey need a bit more work however.
The first and fourth objectives are the same.
The fifth is a method that could be used to address a particular objective (for example, you could use this method to address objective four. You don't have time for this now but it could be a valuable method once you have clarified your research project.
The second objective is problematic because it is a 'leading' question: it assumes there has been a decline in drawing education before that has been established through research. Better change this to investigate how drawing education has changed over time in Pakistan and what are the reasons behind these changes.
There are still no methods proposed for answering the questions.
For each of your objectives you should propose one or more methods, explain why that is a suitable way to find answers THEN QUICKLY move to implement the methods to find answers/ collect data/ deepen your understanding.
In your case, given the lack of time remaining I think that the major method will be desk research/ review of existing literature (but you should try to specify as claerly as possible where you will search for sources).
Lastly, it is also CRUCIAL that you are aware of the broader context of research into drawing education (I think that this should be an objective. You should identify one or two key sources for this urgently (you might use this as a starting point [http://arts.brighton.ac.uk/projects/drawing-research2].)
By identifying and reviewing a small set of key sources you will be able to meet your INITIAL objectives and develop a deeper understanding of the topic. On the basis of this you should be able to propose a focused and meaningful research project that will have its own question, aims, objectives and methods. So complete your INITIAL RESEARCH by the end of the week and on the basis of this propose a project for the next two semesters.
PS your context map is upside down
